These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CasinoForge's casino platform software and related services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Service Agreement
CasinoForge provides white-label casino platform software on a subscription basis. Your specific service tier, features, and pricing are outlined in your individual Service Agreement signed during onboarding.
We reserve the right to modify features, add new functionality, or discontinue legacy features with 60 days' written notice. Critical security updates may be deployed immediately without prior notice.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use CasinoForge platform exclusively for legal online gambling operations in jurisdictions where you hold proper licensing. Prohibited activities include:
- Operating without valid gambling licenses in target markets
- Manipulating game outcomes or RNG systems
- Processing transactions from restricted territories
- Bypassing our KYC/AML compliance tools
- Reselling platform access without written authorization
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension and contract termination.
3. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
Revenue share agreements (if applicable) are calculated on Net Gaming Revenue using your platform's reporting dashboard. Payments are settled monthly within 10 business days of month-end.
4. Data and Compliance
You retain ownership of all player data and gaming records. CasinoForge acts as a data processor under GDPR and similar regulations. We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance and undergo annual security audits.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining gambling licenses, ensuring regulatory compliance in your operating jurisdictions, and implementing responsible gaming measures.
5. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.9% platform uptime monthly (excluding scheduled maintenance). Downtime exceeding this threshold qualifies for service credits per our SLA document.
Support response times vary by plan tier: Enterprise clients receive priority support with 30-minute response time for critical issues.
6. Intellectual Property
CasinoForge retains all rights to platform software, codebase, and proprietary technology. Your license grants usage rights only - not ownership or rights to modify core systems.
You may customize front-end design, configure game lobbies, and brand your casino freely within platform capabilities.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you receive a complete export of player data and transaction records in standard formats. Platform access terminates immediately after the notice period.
8. Limitation of Liability
CasinoForge's total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for lost profits, player disputes, or regulatory penalties stemming from your operation decisions.
